We are a Bible-based, Bible believing, and Christ teaching church that strives to meet God's people, young & old, where they are; to develop and deepen their connection and relationship with God. Our mere focus is to draw those who need Christ in their lives, those who need the word applied to their lives, and most importantly-- those who need to recognize that, "There is a reality in serving a TRUE and LIVING God".
Christian Missionary Baptist Church has been a beacon of the Roseland Community in the City of Chicago for over 63 years! CMBC was formerly led by the late, Rev. John & Lady Irene Taylor and is now under the leadership of Rev. Robert E. & Lady Laura J. Harper. It is with the intention of our leadership that this body continues to grow in faith, grow in grace, and grow evangelistically in the efforts to make the community safer, successful, and SAVED!
